My aim is to provide a professional pain relief service, offer support and preventative advice and to assist clients improve their quality of life.

My Service

Having enjoyed a range of sports for most of my life I know how important a speedy recovery is to maintain our quality of life.  Experiencing the usual twinges that come with years of Martial Arts, Hill Walking, Climbing and the Gym this is experience is supported by sound complementary therapy qualifications to offer you fast effective pain relief treatments. 

These qualifications have been gained through the McTimoney College and the British College of Auricular Acupuncture all of which were built upon a foundation of a Certificate of Massage, Diploma in Physical Therapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in treatment of Sports Injury.

I continue to keep up to date with my professional development by attending conferences and courses supplied my membership associations.

Whether treated at the clinic or in the workplace, day time or evening, you can be sure of continuity of care from a highly motivated and qualified professional therapist.

I am a fluent Welsh speaker, so if you feel more comfortable speaking Welsh I’m happy to conduct the consultation in Welsh.

What to expect

The service I offer is ‘whole body’ treatment or holistic.  When you visit for the first time we will discuss the reason for your visit as well as take a detailed medical history and discuss your life style.  This enables me to gain a good picture of yourself and offer you the most effective treatment.  Following this and as long as your happy to continue, I will begin treating.  At all times I am looking to treat the cause of the pain not just the symptoms.  You will not hear any ‘bone crunching’ which some people are afraid of. I suggest you wear loose clothing to ensure you’re comfortable though. Any subsequent treatments are entirely for you to decide upon and you will not be asked to agree to a number of future sessions.
